McDonald's owners appreciate support for tournament

To the Editor:

Jerry and I would like to thank each and every one of you for your sponsorship and for those of you that participated, we appreciate your time with us over the weekend at the Big Mac Tournament.

This year, we had 56/three-man teams to participate in the tournament. Our biggest event yet. We are grateful to tell you that we will be able to send nearly $4,000 to "The House" in Indianapolis this year. Mike Perigo, a representative from "The House," and some families that have used "The House" joined us for lunch on Saturday.

We were recognized as part of the 25th Anniversary celebration for "The House" this year.

It was again a beautiful weekend and I hope those who participated enjoyed the event. It has become a very successful fundraiser for "The House" and we are proud to be a part of it. We do realize that nothing would be possible without our sponsors and our participants. We thank you all once again.

Our thanks to everyone who helped put this event together and helped us survive the weekend by sharing your generous time away from your families to help other families in a time of need.
