Bikers pay taxes that help support the area

To the Editor:

In response to the article recently written about bikers and loud pipes. Linton does not want us? We are taxpayers that support our communities.

Half of the population own and ride. Not everyone that rides fit the opinion of some of Linton's upstanding citizens. Yes we can take our money elsewhere.

As to reference to pictures from Bean Blossom and being in bed at 9 p.m. When Gov. Daniels was campaigning his motorcoach was parked in the parking lot at the Boogie 2004. Is he an undesirable, too? And he was not in bed at 9 p.m.

Try riding down Linton's main drag any night, especially on weekends. Governor's Ride will be coming up soon. We should be sure to inform the governor that Linton does not want to be included.

Our pipes might be loud, but we are not stupid and uneducated. If you don't like us, go to bed!
