To the Editor:

"We always thank God for all of you, mentioning you in our prayers. We continually remember before our God and Father your work produced by faith, your labor prompted by love, and your endurance inspired by hope in our Lord Jesus Christ."

1Thessalonians 1: 2-3

I believe that Paul's prayer to the Thessalonians is very appropriate for this occasion. I, also, want to thank all of those who worked, labored and endured through Pregnancy Choices first banquet. It was quite an undertaking, but God put an amazing group of people together to make it happen.

First I would like to thank my banquet team -- Carolyn Mulpas, Katie Elliott, Marsha Brown, Tambra McGill, Sarah Wall, Debbi Kendall and Shelly Sutton. These ladies have blessed my life in more ways than I can say.

Second I would like to thank the Underwriters that provided the financial backing to make this happen -- Richard Brown Insurance, Greene County General Hospital, Knights of Columbus, Utilities District of Western Indiana (REMC), Welch & Cornett Funeral Home, City Pest Control, Angell's Food Center, McHenry Homes, Greene County Right to Life, Rowe Law Firm, Gordon and Janet Green, and Mike and Holly Gamble.

Finally all the others who brought everything together -- Doug and Annette Ladson for decorations, Beth Martin for the food, Chris Hardesty, Archie Ellett and Lisa Sullivan for the Audio/Visual presentation, and all of the small group members from LFCC that pitched in to set up and tear down.

And to all those who came out that night and gave so generously, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

This event was proof of the saying that, "When we give, we get back even more in return."
