Letter to the Editor

To the Editor:

The family of Joan McNew would like to thank Fellowship Baptist Church, Welch and Cornett, Walmart, Linton-Stockton Elementary School and everyone that sent flowers, food, cards and condolences during the passing of our loved one.

We especially would like to thank the third-floor nurses and Greene County General Hospital and Dr. Ridge and his office for their support and love and care of our loved one.

We have the comfort and hope the Scripture gives in John 11:17-27: "I am the resurrection and the life. Those who believe in me, even though they die, will live, and everyone who lives and believes in me will never die."
