Great job Jasonville Police Department

To the Editor:

Hats off to the Jasonville Police Department!

Words cannot adequately express our appreciation to the Jasonville Police Department, Rick Van Horn, Ryan Van Horn and Jim Gadberry for their dedication and determination in solving the break-in at our office. These officers willingly and aggressively worked around the clock.

Amazingly, in less than 24 hours they had persons of interest and were able to recover most of our stolen items later in the week. Jasonville is very fortunate to have these professional, dedicated and caring individuals watching over our community.

Our sincere thanks to Rick, Ryan and Jim. We sincerely appreciate all of your hard work.

Thank you for

support during election

To the Editor:

As you may know, I was recently re-elected for the Linton-Stockton Board for another four-year term. Thank you to everyone that came out to vote. I appreciate all the supporters I had who put my signs in their yards or at their businesses.

I had eight terrific poll workers that worked really hard for me: Abbey, Ben, Chase, Ian, Mariah, Patrick, Stephanie and Ryan. You guys were great!

Linton is a great place to live and raise a family. I look forward to serving our community as a friend and representative of the people who live here.

Thanks for stepping

up and helping

To the Editor:

On behalf of the Shane Smith family, we would like to take the time and thank the people of Greene County along with local businesses and churches.

The donations and prayers from throughout the county have been well appreciated. It's nice to know that there are people willing to lend a hand to someone they know or to someone who is a complete stranger. This is what makes living in Greene County such a special place.

Again we would like to say thank you from our family.
