* Aug. 30 -- James S. Noel, 62, Worthington, was arrested on preliminary charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated with BAC of .19 and was released on Aug. 31 on $4,000 bond. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Jeremy Inman was the arresting officer.

* Aug. 30 -- Edward A. Lawson, 40, Bloomfield, was arrested on a preliminary charge of possession of stolen property, released on Aug. 31 on $4,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 20.
