Please return

lost dog

To the Editor:

I've had a "Lost Yorkie" ad in the paper for a couple of weeks.

My puppy "Winky Sue" escaped out of our fence three weeks ago. She couldn't have gone very far. Me and my kids Skylar and Jackson have gone door to door and passed out flyers looking for her.

One lady called saying they had found a Yorkie and thought it might be mine. She brought it over, but it wasn't my dog. She left it anyway because she was allergic to dogs. I did the right thing and put an ad in the paper for "Found Yorkie" right above my "Lost Yorkie" ad. The owner called a couple of days later and came over to get "Tinkerbell." She belonged to her daughter.

To see the little girl's face when she saw her dog was priceless. We did the right thing by trying to find that dog's owner.

Now whoever has my dog should do the right thing and return my dog. Someone has her or someone knows who has her. If the one who's got her isn't honest enough to return her then the one who knows who has her needs to call me. We will agree upon a price to let me know where she is. When I get my dog, I will pay up. My dog needs her medication.

Whoever has my dog should return her to my family.

GC General Hospital does a great job

To the Editor:

I'm sure this letter will bring a lot of controversy. I am dispelling the negative comments of Greene County General Hospital, at least for me.

I received the best of care and would not hesitate to return if need be.
