* Nov. 11 -- Melvin Stewart, 35, Bloomington, was arrested on preliminary charges of manufacturing methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine and was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff's Lt. Bryan Woodall was the arresting officer.

* Nov. 11 -- Steven R. Just, age unknown, Worthington, was arrested on preliminary charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, released on $4,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 15. Bloomfield Police Lt. Harvey Holt was the arresting officer.

* Nov. 11 -- Arin R. Botkin, 28, Worthington, was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke probation and was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Brad Deckard was the arresting officer.
