Burris family appreciates help

To the editor:

How will the words "thank you" ever be enough to those that have done so much for us?

Thank you to Mike Cox from Cox Funeral Home for your sweet and compassionate nature while planning Reagan's ceremony. Thank you to the Hester family who took care of all our kids during Reagan's hospital stay. Thanks to Chip and Pam Sweet for your help with Sophie. Chris and Erica McKinney, thank you for showing up at a time when we needed you most. Thanks to Pastor Bush for his visit and prayer. The Roger Reynolds family, another thank you for all you do, not just for us, but others.

We want to say a huge thank you to all the churches that prayed for us and our Reagan. A giant thank you to Stacy Samm and Michelle for the wonderful pictures and video of our little man, they mean more to us than you will ever know. Thank you to the Shakamak PTO for paying for the pictures. (Love ya Tonya and Toni!)

To a very sweet lady, Susan Kirby, a huge thank you to you and all the others that kept my family well fed in my absence.

To all Reagan's Facebook friends from "Pray for Reagan" thank you for praying for him, loving him, and sharing our journey. (Doug Lambermont, you can come give us a big ole' hug anytime, we would consider it an honor). Thank you, Floyd Cramer, for keeping our vehicles running.

Thank you and much love to Lebanon Baptist Church and Pastor Brad for everything! A very special thank you to my friends Amanda Hester and Nancy Jones, you were there when I needed you most. Thank you to our families and friends for cards, prayers, and support.

Above all, we would love to thank God for giving us Reagan. Even though it was such a short time, Reagan taught us so much. He showed us compassion, comfort, and love from others, but most of all Reagan led us back to God. Thank you, Little Man, love you always.

Thank to

our friends

To the Editor:

The family of Mary Byers wishes to express sincere appreciation for the many acts of kindness, flowers, cards, gifts and friends being with us at the funeral home.

Special thanks to Dr. Batterton and his staff, and Greene County General Hospital for the care given to Mary down through the years. Also the ambulance service and volunteer firefighters for answering our calls.

We especially want to thank the staff and residents at Glenburn Home for their care of Mary and the fellowship we had with them.

Thank you Rev. Arlen Pope and Eleanor for your visits, bringing communion, and being there for us.

Special thanks to Jenkins and Sons Funeral Home for their services and to the Antioch Christian Church ladies for providing a warm meal. Also the county for cleaning the road on an extreme winter day.
