Lyons Senior Center thanks family of former resident

Dear Editor:

The Lyons Senior Center would like to thank the friends and family of Lois Flynn. The donations we received from her friends and family are so appreciated. Lois will be sadly missed at the center. Her friendly smile and kind heart was always a pleasure to see. She was a very important part of our family at the center and will be missed for a long time.

We would also like to welcome back our site manager Kathy England. She has been gone almost a year with health problems but now she is back and things will start happening again.

Remember our bingo every Monday. Gospel sings on Tuesday. and Euchre every day. Plus, The Country Travelers Band on Feb. 21st from 5:30 to 8 p.m. We hope to bring the crowd in for these guys. We will have the kitchen open serving sloppy joes and coneys. Please come and welcome Kathy back.
