* April 12 -- Jonathan D. Blackwell, 24, Sandborn, was taken into custody on a Writ of Attachment. Bond was set at $500 cash only. After payment, he was released later the same day.

* April 12 -- Randy Eugene Hughbanks, 24, Linton, was arrested on a warrant issued on a preliminary charge of theft, a class D felony. Bond was set at $4,000 surety or ten percent cash.

* April 13 -- Clint E. Kixmiller, 38, Linton, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a class A misdemeanor. Bond was set at $4,000 surety or ten percent cash. He was released later the same day after posting $400 cash.

* April 13 -- Cody C. Chipman, 25, Bloomfield, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a class A misdemeanor. Bond was set at $4,000 surety or ten percent cash. He was released later the same day after posting $400 cash.

* April 13 -- Kirstin A. Workman, 33, Springville, was arrested on a preliminary charge of battery resulting in bodily injury, a class A misdemeanor. Bond was set at $1,000 surety or ten percent cash. After posting bond, she was released on April 14.

* April 13 -- Timothy Lee Sylvester, 42, Bloomington, was arrested on a warrant issued for an alleged probation violation and was being held without bond.

* April 14 -- James David Abel, 24, Bloomington, was arrested on a warrant issued for an alleged probation violation and was being held without bond.
