Eric Joseph Schneider

Eric Joseph Schneider, 23, of Solsberry passed away Sunday, April 14, 2013 at IU Health Bloomington Hospital.

Born April 23, 1989 in Louisville, Ky., the son of Elmore Joseph "Duke" and Linda Sue (Hardman) Schneider.

Eric was a student.

Surviving relatives include his parents, Duke and Linda Schneider of Solsberry; one sister, Christen (Kevin) McEuen; two nephews, Mason and Liam McEuen, all of Bloomfield; maternal grandmother, Evelyn (Don) Franz of Louisville, Ky.; his aunts and uncles, Cathie (Charles) Russell of Charlestown, Ind., Donna VanMeter-Travers (Tom), Russell VanMeter of Smithville, Ind., Charlie (Marsha) Hardman of Lewisburg, Ky., Jeanie (Jim) Reed of Madison, Ind., Larry (Tracy) Hardman of Paynesville, Ind., Karen (William) Potts of Columbia, Tenn., Donnie Beatty of Louisville, Ky., Rita (Billy) Lee of Louisville, Ky., Norma (Phill) Fox of Taylorsville, Ky. and Frankie Schneider of Louisville, Ky.; also many, many loving cousins.

He was preceded in death by one uncle Leo Hardman and two aunts, Della Beatty and Olive Schneider.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and 10 a.m. Thursday until the hour of service at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield.

Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield with Rev. Arlen Pope officiating, entombment will follow at Valhalla Memory Gardens in Bloomington, Ind.
