Miners boys finish second

The Linton-Stockton boys finished second and the Lady Miners were fourth in the girls competition at the Warrior Invitational boys and girls track and field event at Bicknell Saturday.

South Knox won the boys event with 120 points, Linton-Stockton had 97, Vincennes Lincoln 95, Washington 78, North Knox 73, Sullivan 62, Barr-Reeve 42, North Central 41 and North Daviess 41.

Washington was first in the girls standings with 141 points. North Knox had 104, Vincennes Lincoln 92.5, Linton-Stockton 73.5, South Knox 71, North Central 51, North Daviess 47, Sullivan 36.
