Thanks to Bloomfield Town Marshal Ken Tharp

I would like to tell the community of Bloomfield, Indiana just how lucky they are to have Kenny Tharp as their Town Marshal. Officer Tharp has gone above and beyond the call of duty to be kind to me and my family.

I have a lot of trouble walking, so I struggle sometimes getting in and out of our boutique. Any time Kenny sees me having a hard time, he always stops to help. If I see him out, he always asks how my family and I are doing. I believe he genuinely cares about the people of this community.

I would like to take this opportunity to say "Thank You Marshal Tharp" for your hard work and dedication, and taking the time to show kindness to the citizens of Bloomfield. Your good deeds have not gone unnoticed.
