EPA ethanol ruling won't help corn farmers: Indiana is fourth largest ethanol producing state

The Environmental Protection Agency has unveiled its proposal for the amount of ethanol that should be used for fuel and the proposal is not one making many people happy in the corn growing areas of the Midwest. The plan is being called a compromise with the oil industry, a failure by the ethanol industry and disappointing by farmers.
