Committee members sought for Clay County-based program

The Eel River and many of its tributaries remain unhealthy. The presence of high levels of E. coli and nutrients such as nitrates and phosphates have caused several of the streams to be listed as "impaired" or "severely impaired" by the Indiana Department of Environmental Management.
