USDA-RD awards Property Manager of the Year

Biggs Property Management based in Decatur, Indiana is proud to announce that Rhonda Sparks is a recipient of an award and was recognized at the annual Affordable Fair Housing Association Conference held in Downtown Indianapolis on November 15 and 16.

On a national level, USDA Rural Development named Rhonda Sparks as Property Manager of the Year for Elderly Housing. Rhonda is a Biggs employee who manages Meadowbrook Senior Apartments in Linton and Worthington Senior Apartments in Worthington. Rhonda provides immeasurable value to her residents and Biggs alike. She can be described as a “spunky spitfire person” whose energy is beyond measure. Rhonda has been with Biggs since 2010.
