Crane data processing retirees meet for lunch

Retirees from the Old Crane Data Processing Department met at Lakeview Restaurant on Thursday, April 26 for their 10th Annual Reunion.

The first Reunion was held in 2009 sometime after Crane discontinued the Old Retiree Gatherings held on base. Since that time the group has held their reunions each year for retirees from that department or individuals who worked closely with the department. Around 48 attended this year’s reunion and individuals were present from various surrounding counties including Daviess, Martin, Lawrence, Monroe and Greene.

Prior to the meal an update was given on the status of those not able to attend and a moment of silence was held for those who passed away in the last year. Next year’s reunion date was set for the last Thursday in April, which is April 25.
