WRV Golf Scramble

White River Valley High School Athletic Director Troy Greenlee would like to welcome and encourage area golfers to participate in the Wolverines annual athletic department golf scramble.

The scramble will take place at Phil Harris Golf Course on Saturday, August 18 with a 7:30 a.m. shotgun start.

Bloomfield Tennis Practice set to Begin

Bloomfield tennis coach Mike Canty issued a reminder the Cardinal netters will begin practice at 6:00 p.m. Monday, July 30 – the first official day of practice – at the Bloomfield sports complex tennis courts south of town. Players must obtain and submit physicals before they will be permitted to practice.

Lady Miner Basketball Scramble

The third annual Linton-Stockton Lady Miner Basketball scramble will take place Sunday, August 5 at Phil Harris Golf Course. The outing kicks off with a 1 p.m. shotgun start.

All proceeds go toward the Linton-Stockton girls basketball program.

The $60 entry fee covers green fees, cart rental, lunch and door prizes.

Sponsorships are available and the tournament is still seeking sponsors. For $100 a sponsor can purchase a hole sponsorship.
