Family thankful for support in time of need

To the Editor:

The family of Jim Hughes would like to thank everyone for the many cards, calls and prayers during his illness. We especially would like to thank the nurses and techs of Fourth Floor East of IU Health Bloomington Hospital for their thoughtfulness and kindness.

We would also like to thank everyone for their many acts of kindness during his passing: your presence, many sympathy cards, the wonderful food brought in, your many prayers and the staff at Anderson Poindexter Funeral Home, who took care of every detail.. We so appreciate Pastor Rose Sparks’ visits to Jim and officiating at his funeral. The family meal served at the Marco United Methodist Church was delicious and so appreciated.
