Hardesty family says thank you

Monday, September 9, 2019

We will never be able to accurately express what the outpouring of love and generosity that was extended to our family during the loss of our son and brother Matthew, has meant to our family. All of those who stood in line for hours to express their love and admiration for Matt. The flowers, cards and gifts, the support for Fishing for Freedom, the food and paper products, the prayers for peace meant more to us than we could ever express. To his Duke Energy family, and Local Union IBEW 1393 we are so thankful for all of you. To IBEW 725 we are humbled that so many of you took time to show us your love and support. Andrea, Holly, Halee and Landi, how fortunate his sisters are to have friends like you. Eddie Hammond and Crossroads Community Church, we will never forget your kindness and your grace. You truly are the hands and feet of God. Derek McKee from Hicom, Inc., you are a class act. Lastly Holmes Memorial chapel, you loved, supported and showed our family so much kindness. We will forever be thankful to all of the ones we haven’t mentioned, we will never forget what you did for us.
