WRV Middle School Science Fair Winners

The winners of the WRV Middle School Science Fair were announced on Tuesday, Feb 25.

Winners are

Fifth/Sixth-Grade:

First place-Madison Dimbath- solar oven

Second- Carter Roberts and Avery Ball- lemon battery

Third- Sara York- 'How long will it last'

Seventh/Eighth-Grade:

Physics

First place- Bailey Townsend and Anika Jeffers- 'Will water float on water'

Second- Cameron Turpin and Elizabeth Welch- bouncing surfaces

Third- Dylan Mood and Rayden Richardson- coin battery

Earth Science

First place- Hannah Rogers- milk rainbow

Second- Nick Patton and Isaiah Moore- metal, air and salt water battery

Third- Ashton Russell- growing rystals

Consumer Science:

First place- Ansley Robison and Emma Resler- 'How much baking soda'

Second- Jake Antibus and Eli Noel-'Flavorful or not'

Third- Dalton Fulford and Braydon Hamm- how to make ooblog

Chemistry:
