Indiana man charged with murder, beheading wife

A Crawfordsville man has been charged with murder. On August 20, Michael Parks told the Montgomery County Police Department his wife was missing, saying the two had gotten into an argument and he was unable to reach her by phone. Later that day, police found her headless body on CR 225 West in Crawfordsville. Police found dried blood at Parks’ residence and after obtaining a search warrant, found his wife’s head in the cellar of the home.
