Dennis Lee Sullivan

Dennis Lee Sullivan, 66, of Linton, passed away with family by his side, on Saturday, March 18, 2023 at Glenburn Nursing Home in Linton. He was born on March 24, 1956 in Greene County to Donald Wayne and Betty Mae (Smith) Sullivan. Dennis married his loving wife, Dawn (Thomas) Sullivan on October 10, 1986.

Dennis was a 40-year member and commander of the Greene County Search and Rescue. He was an owner/operator truck driver for many years. Dennis loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them.

Family left to cherish the memories of Dennis include his wife, Dawn Sullivan; one son, Randy (Kim) Sullivan of Newberry; two daughters, Brandi Sullivan of Newberry and Shannon (John) Hasler of Bloomfield; grandchildren, Harlee Sullivan, Sierra White and Nolan Sullivan; two great-grandchildren, Remington White and Waylon White; sister, Judy Stahl of Bloomfield; brothers, Larry (Amanda) Sullivan of Bloomfield, Gary (Carolyn) Sullivan of Switz City and Glen (Terri) Sullivan of Linton; and several nieces and nephews.

Dennis was preceded in death by his parents and brother-in-law, Charlie Stahl, Jr.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, March 22, 2023 at Anderson-Poindexter Chapel in Linton with Nathan Brooks officiating. Dennis will be laid to rest in Fairview Cemetery in Linton.

Family and friends may call from 4-8 p.m. on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 and from 9 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
