Shakamak battles Washington Township in Class A title game

Shakamak made its ninth state finals appearance Monday night at Victory Field but was unable to score a run in its 6-0 defeat to Washington Township. The Lakers finish the season 19-10 as seven seniors played their final game for the program Monday in Logan Burris, Trevor Ellingsworth, Brevon Fulford, Peyton Yeryar, Buddy Stone, Ethan Burdette and Bryce Jenkins.
