Child molesting case dismissed before trial starts

The trial of a convicted child molester, James Leslie Alsman, also known as Jimmy Alsman, was scheduled to start on Thursday but it didn't. The case was dismissed. Alsman had been charged, again, with child molesting. The Greene County Prosecutor's Office filed the motion to dismiss after the court ruled the victim in the current case, a male child who was only 4-years-old, did not understand the nature and obligation of an oath and should not testify...
