Renter accused of selling tractor that wasn't his to sell

A warrant was ordered Monday for the arrest of John W. Shake for allegedly selling a tractor that wasn't his to sell. A preliminary charge of theft, a class D felony, has been filed against Shake in Greene Superior Court.
