Worthington Council and Redevelopment Commission sign reimbursement agreement for park lighting project

The on-going downtown beautification park project in Worthington recently received a $20,000 boost from the Greene County Redevelopment Commission to assist with the purchase and installation of lighting. Tuesday night, the Worthington Town Council approved a Reimbursement Agreement that sets up the mechanism for the town to be reimbursed by the Redevelopment Commission for the actual costs involved with lighting at Williams Park, up to $20,000, and declares the site an Economic Development Area as a prime location for future investment.. ...
