Linton man faces charges for alleged theft from Walmart

A Linton man is facing two counts of theft, class D felonies, and criminal trespass, class A misdemeanor, after leaving Wal-Mart without paying for merchandise on two occasions. Brandon Kendall, 23, was allegedly observed by Wal-Mart asset protection entering the store June 4, despite being notified by the store -- and signing consent -- he is not allowed on the property due to previous problems, according to a probable cause filed with Greene Circuit Court by Linton Police Department Officer Michael Watts.. ...

An attempt to steal movies from Wal-Mart sent a Linton man to jail Tuesday on a theft charge, a class D felony. Gary M. Krus, 25, was allegedly observed by Wal-Mart Asset Protection removing the security tags from six DVDs on June 27.
