Peggy June (Stewart ) Caddell, 75, died Monday March 10, 2014 in Franklin, IN. She was a resident of Franklin and formerly of Jasonville, IN. She was born April 3, 1938 in Jasonville to Jesse and Jessie (Mowrey) Stewart. She was a homemaker. Survivors include, three children, Mark (Tonya) Caddell of West Terre Haute, Matthew (Becky) Caddell of Franklin and Travis (Donna) Caddell of Georgia, a sister, Shirley Ann Stewart of Jasonville, a brother, Gerald Stewart of South Carolina, four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.. ...

Old Mother Nature has struck early this year. Thanks to Thursday's heavy rains that blanketed the area, all high school sports events were canceled. Lost to the heavy rains were three softball games and one baseball contest. The Bloomfield at Cloverdale and Edgewood at Eastern Greene softball games were washed out with no make up date yet announced...
