Linton man charged with failure to register as sex offender

A Linton man, Michael Darin Bush, was arrested and charged this week with two counts of failure to register as a sex offender. When Bush, age 39, appeared for an initial hearing in Greene Circuit Court, he was formally charged with one count of failure to register as a sex offender, a Level 6 felony, and one count of failure to register as a sex offender with a prior conviction for failure to register, a Level 5 felony.....
