Firefighters from the Worthington Fire Territory, assisted by the Fairplay Grant/Switz City Fire Department, were on the scene of a house fire on South Jefferson Street in Worthington late Wednesday night. They were dispatched around 11 p.m. Shortly after, a large blaze had erupted from the rear portion of the home and lit up the neighborhood...

The Eastern Greene volleyball team ended a season-long five match losing streak with its win over North Daviess Thursday night. Throughout the Apple Festival weekend, besides a variety of entertainment, there will be no lack of vendors converging in Bloomfield's park. The vendors will be selling items such as arts and crafts and food.
