It would be hard to find a single person who has done more for the Linton-Stockton baseball program than former great coach Bart Berns. Although the coach officially hung up the uniform after the 2010 season he remains a fixture around the Miners. In 2004 Berns decided time was long overdue to begin a Hall of Fame for the Miners baseball program. ...

During the Dugger Union Community School Corporation's homecoming game against Martin County, Kyndall Foli was crowned princess and Mason Kendall was crowned prince. The homecoming queen was Nina Garcia Sala and the king was Forest Marsh.
