Bloomfield High School cheerleader Emmalee Spinks, along with the rest of the team, spent Wednesday afternoon decorating windows in downtown Bloomfield. The cheerleaders are working with downtown businesses to get the town amped up for the Cardinals semistate bid on Saturday.
