Switz City moves forward with repairs

The Switz City Town Council decided to move forward with repairs at it’s regular meeting on Tuesday evening, and is also reaping the benefits of repairs recently made. The council decided to move forward with completely replacing two wastewater pumps at both the North and South lift-stations,as opposed to fixing them. A Bloomfield man is being held on a preliminary charge of felony murder. William Levi Abel, 24, was booked into Greene County Jail early Sunday morning by Greene County Sheriff’s Department Det. Sgt. Jim O’Malley. According to court documents filed in Greene Circuit Court, the felony murder charge stems from the death of a missing Bedford man, Chase T. Aliano.
