LITTLE CINCINNATI – The field was sloppy Saturday afternoon, the offense was often sloppy, but stellar defense enabled Eastern-Greene to beat visiting Perry Central 14-3. The Thunderbirds (4-1) gave up 216 yards, but limited the Commodores to a field goal, pulled off a goal-line stand, sacked quarterback Cameron Bland four times, and sealed the W with an interception.
