There's a lot of red tape to go through when dealing with IDEM

To the Editor:

I've followed the mayor vs. Gary Johnson ordeal. I had a similar situation in Madison County. Mr. Johnson has no concept of the red tape involved.

I spent over $10,000 for a minor IDEM violation. Before the ordeal was over, I had spent at least $20,000.

As a last resort, I filed Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. If the station owner is pushed far enough, Chapter 7 could be the best way out.
