* April 9 -- Jayce Edward Wayne Troup, 19, Linton, was arrested on a preliminary charge of theft, a class D felony. He was being held without bond.

* April 9 -- Robbie Joe Pollitt, 40, Linton, was arrested on a preliminary charge of public intoxication, a class B misdemeanor. Bond was set at $500 surety or ten percent cash.
