FREE ACCESS: LPD Advisory: Water leak the cause of low pressure in Linton

The Linton Police Department has issued an advisory on Thursday, Jan. 31 advising residents on the west side of Linton near Casey’s gas station.

LPD Chief Troy Jerrell said the department has experienced a high call volume from residents about the situation. He said the Linton Water Department is currently working to alleviate a water leak in that area.

“As you can imagine, working in water in ‘teen temperatures does slow work down,” Jerrell said. “Just know they are working as fast as they can to correct this for us.”
