2018 Bloomfield Halloween Parade

The rain didn't stop the annual Halloween Parade led by the Bloomfield Band Wednesday evening. Instead, they moved festivities indoors.

Raggedy Ann and Andy, portrayed by Sevyn and Gage, stole the show for the most original costumes in the 0-12 month category. They are joined on stage by their mothers, Sammie Sparks and Sarah Bender. (By Austin Gordon)
