The Greene County Tourism Advisory Board (GCTAB) held their annual dinner on Thursday, March 28 at the Greene County Community Event Center. The event was catered by the Litehouse Lunchbox of Bloomfield, and each table was decorated with a centerpiece crafted by Tonjua Toon featuring one of many Greene County attractions, including the Tulip Trestle, Redbird SRA and Goose Pond FWA.
For the first time, the organization was pleased to be able to award two donations on behalf of the Greene County Convention, Visitor and Tourist Commission (GCCVTC) to two area nonprofits, made possible by the adoption of the county Innkeeper’s Tax, which brought in about $25,000 in the last year.
