A good girls tennis match between two evenly matched quads came out in favor of Bloomfield 3-2. The Lady Cards improved to 6-7 with the victory. It's almost scary to pick up the newspaper or turn on the television these days. You never know what you're going to read or hear. Things that used to happen other places are starting to happen in our own back yard. The thought of a shooting like what took place at Virginia Tech last month, killing 33 and wounding many, is something most think could never happen here. Hopefully that secure feeling remains today...
