Recount shows Schaefer winner in Dugger Town Council race

After a vote recount, Thomas Schaefer was declared the winner of a seat on the Dugger Town Council. Schaefer will replace long-time Council Member Sam Landis in January, explained Dugger Town Clerk/Treasurer Nikki McCoy. "There was a two vote spread.
