Lehman pre-trial conference rescheduled for Friday

The trial of Greene County Democrat Party Chairman W. Jeffrey Lehman of Linton in Greene Circuit Court is still scheduled for Aug. 19 but just last Thursday, the final pre-trial conference was rescheduled. The last formal hearing before the trial begins was to be held Thursday at 11 a.m. After that time was found to be in conflict with another scheduled trial, the date was reset on July 24 and the hearing will instead be held at 11:30 a.m. on Friday...
