Warrant issued in puppy theft

An arrest warrant was requested early Tuesday for a man accused of stealing a puppy. A preliminary charge of class D felony theft was filed Tuesday against William E. Sebade, 44, of Solsberry. The puppy, a basset hound, went missing from a residence in rural Bloomfield on June 10 and according to a probable cause affidavit filed in the case, a neighbor had observed Sebade at the residence on that day...
