Jean Page, 83, of Linton, passed away at 9:58 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2009, at her residence. She was born Oct. 3, 1925, in Marco, the daughter of Orval Elmer and Charity Faye (Kirk) Coker. She worked as a secretary for 23 years for the Jefferson County School District in Lakewood, Col. and previously worked at American Can Company in Maywood, Ill. She was a member of the Linton First Baptist Church...

Two young ladies from Paoli Community Schools acted as pages for me recently. Jessica Fullington and Shelby Meredith were the stars of the session.
