Linton woman files suit against Walmart after son allegedly injured in fall at Linton store

A Linton woman has filed a civil tort suit against Walmart Store East, LP, after her son allegedly slipped on a substance on the floor. In the suit filed July 16 in Greene Superior Court, Tina Arnold alleges that on or about June 6, her son, Chase Matthew Arnold, was in the Walmart store, located on 2251 East State Road 54 in Linton and slipped on what the suit termed "a foreign substance" on the floor ---- causing him to fall and suffer injuries...
