Bloomfield man arrested on child pornography possession charge

A Bloomfield man was arrested Monday on a child pornography charge after local, state and federal officers served an arrest warrant at his residence. Carl H. Haug, 44, has been arrested on one preliminary charge of possession of child pornography ---- a class D felony. Haug was booked into the Greene County Jail in Bloomfield at 2:30 p.m. He posted 10 percent of a $4,000 bond an hour later and was released until his initial court date which has been set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 12.
