GREENE COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT JAIL LOG July 15 -- Stone Michael Lake Russell, 18, Linton, was arrested on preliminary charges of possession of paraphernalia - a class B misdemeanor, and possession of marijuana - a class A misdemeanor.
