Worthington's new dog ordinance called into question during council meeting

The judgment of the Worthington Town Council when they enacted a new dog ordinance last month was called into question this week by a Worthington resident and dog owner who formerly served as the town's clerk-treasurer. When the council met for their regular monthly meeting, Yola Jennings told them an ordinance regarding disruptive animals was put into place in 1993 and if that first ordinance had been enforced, there would have been no need to pass a second ordinance, or the third which was most recently passed during last month's council meeting.. ...
